Diginfo- building brands hereinafter are referred

and free or paid services from the Company, you accept being bound by the
mentioned terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy described on the

the Company, or you need any modification or become dissatisfied with the

Services
We reserve the right to amend the Company's
Services and change the prices of the Services offered initially at any time on

point in time. We also reserve the right to suspend your Services or terminate

Priority Support
We ensure "priority support" via email
only to our potential and paid customers. We cannot guarantee a specific time
response, and we don't encourage a service level agreement. We are generally
operational on weekdays from Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm Indian Standard
time, and your email may usually receive a reply within two working days.
Still, time may vary and take longer when we experience a high workload or
during public holidays. Priority support is provided to your business on a
per-customer basis and not a per-license basis. It means that we fix the amount
of support we can provide per individual customer. Our priority support to paid
customers is limited to 20 emails to our support team per year. We have the
right to decline or demolish further support or charge for any additional
support beyond 20 emails. We also have the right to immediately terminate and
suspend service without a refund if a customer is disrespectful, insulting, or
abusive to our support team. We endeavor to give you excellent customer
service, and we have constituted this clause to safe-guard our support team and
to help reduce the chances of one single customer from overloading and
mismanaging our support system or abusing our services, thereby hindering the
quality of support and impacting our services in any case that other customers
receive.
Refund Policy
The Company undergoes the billing procedure
immediately or at the end of a free trial tenure if one has opted for all paid
(non-free) monthly in advance services. We do not encourage the practice of
money back and do not guarantee this practice. If you are not happy or
satisfied with our services, you are free to cancel your subscription to our
services monthly or yearly subscription by providing a notice of 30 days in
advance via email.

The Company's Services may contain links to
third-party websites and allow the third party to involve in the webpages that
are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control or
limitations over and has no responsibility for any third-party websites'
content, privacy policies, or practices. Moreover, the Company is not liable
